The Airport Mobility & Ride Desk is a security-compliant service kiosk format built for airport arrival zones — the format we have designed, manufactured, and installed for Uber across more than fourteen Indian airports, including Kolkata, Chandigarh, and Navi Mumbai International.

Airports are the hardest environment in kiosk execution. Every material, drawing, and worker requires authority clearance; installation happens in overnight windows inside a live, security-controlled terminal; and deadlines are absolute — an airport opening date does not move. Zoning

• Passenger interface: Assisted-service counter at accessible height, with clear sightline branding visible across the arrivals concourse
• Staff zone: Enclosed work area for 2–3 agents with secure storage, device charging, and cable-managed IT points
• Queue geometry: Counter orientation and barrier provision planned against arrival-flow drawings so the queue never obstructs passenger circulation — a standard airport-authority requirement

Height limits and sightline rules, no obstruction of signage or CCTV coverage, fire-rated material mandates, tamper-proof secure enclosures, and fully concealed services. • Structure: Powder-coated MS frame with engineered load and anchor detailing per airport structural review requirements
• Cladding: Fire-rated HPL / ACP panels with premium brand-finish options
• Counters: Solid-surface worktops with impact-resistant edge detailing
• Signage: Backlit brand fascia and totem elements, fabricated to the airport's illumination and electrical specifications
• Security hardware: Lockable shutters and tamper-proof access panels for after-hours closure
• Prefabrication: All components manufactured and pre-assembled at our Mumbai facility, QC-checked, then knocked down for security-cleared transport into the terminal

• Approvals: We work within the airport's statutory-permission and security-clearance process — drawings, material submittals, personnel passes — and have executed under Adani and AAI-managed environments as well as with media concessionaires such as Times OOH
• Electrical: Airport-spec wiring, ISI components, and connection through authority-designated power points only
• Fire: Fire-rated materials and detailing per terminal fire-safety norms
• Installation protocol: Night-window installation with security-escorted teams, full protection of terminal finishes, and photographic documentation — executed without disrupting airport operations
