We manufacture the kiosk and prepare the compliance paperwork together, proven across Uber's airport kiosk program in Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata.

No handoffs between a designer and a contractor. One accountable team from the first drawing to handover.
Design, fabrication and installation in-house, so nothing falls through the gaps.
Every line priced before we cut anything. The number you see is the number you pay.
Compliance and finish held to the bar we meet on the Uber airport programme.
Getting a kiosk into an airport or a large mall is a compliance problem before it is a manufacturing one. Fire safety clearance, structural documentation, electrical certification, brand sign-off and vendor onboarding all come first, and an authority handling footfall in the hundreds of thousands a day will not wave a kiosk through without them. Kaizeng manufactures the kiosk and prepares the documentation package that gets it approved, from our own unit in Naigaon, Mumbai. We have already cleared this process for Uber across airports in Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata.
We prepare the approval package alongside the build, not as a scramble after manufacturing is done.
| Requirement | What we prepare |
|---|---|
| Structural and electrical | Documentation in the format your venue's technical team expects |
| Fire and material safety | Fire-rated materials and compliance paperwork for airport and mall standards |
| Brand sign-off | Design coordinated to clear both the venue review and your brand standards in one pass |
| Vendor onboarding | Onboarding paperwork and insurance documentation, prepared with the build |
A finished kiosk design can sit unbuilt for weeks because a fire NOC has not cleared or the structural drawings were not in the format the authority wanted. We have sat on the other side of that process enough times to know what each authority actually asks for, and we prepare for it before the design is frozen. The manufacturing timeline of 8 to 25 days then runs in parallel with approval, so documentation is not the bottleneck.
Both. We prepare structural, electrical, fire safety and brand documentation alongside manufacturing, so the approval package and the kiosk move together.
We built and installed Uber's kiosk and pickup-zone units across airport terminals in Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata, three separate authorities each with their own requirements.
Yes. If your approval is in place, we manufacture and install against your existing documentation requirements and delivery date.
That varies by venue and authority, and it is the one part we do not fully control. What we control is not being the bottleneck: our documentation is usually ready before a venue's review board meets.
In our own unit in Naigaon, Mumbai, with a Jaipur partner line for high volume. The team that prepares your compliance package is the team that builds the kiosk.
