Retail & Mall Kiosk Manufacturer in India

Kaizeng manufactures retail and mall kiosks in India, and we build them, not just design them. Our core unit is a 6000 sq ft-class in-house facility in Powai, Mumbai, backed by a partner factory in Jaipur for volume runs a single site can't absorb on its own.

Two factories

Powai (owned) plus a Jaipur partner line, so a five-unit rollout and a flagship kiosk can run in the same month.

Uber airport proof

We designed, fabricated and installed Uber's kiosk and pickup-zone units across Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata airports.

8 to 25 day delivery

Typical delivery from a confirmed bill of quantities, held to the same discipline as our airport install windows.

Manufacturer, not just designer

The same team that designs the kiosk owns fabrication and install, end to end.

Kiosk manufacturing across India

We build kiosks and retail units in our Mumbai unit and deliver, install and support them nationwide. Explore kiosk manufacturing in your city.

What we manufacture

Mall retail kiosks, F&B and QSR kiosks with utility integration, and airport-compliant kiosk structures built to the fire, electrical and documentation standard an authority will actually sign off. Every kiosk starts as a locked design and a bill of quantities, gets fabricated in Powai or through our Jaipur partner depending on volume and timeline, then ships ready to install.

Two factories, one standard

Our Powai unit handles design-led and airport-grade work where we want direct floor control. The Jaipur partner facility adds capacity for larger multi-unit rollouts without pushing out delivery dates on other live projects. Both run to the same specification and the same QA process before a unit ships.

Proof: the Uber airport programme

Airports are the hardest environment a kiosk manufacturer can be tested in. Controlled access, documented materials, fire ratings, and an install window that often runs overnight with a hard deadline before the terminal reopens to passengers. We've delivered Uber's kiosk and pickup-zone units across Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata inside exactly those constraints.

How pricing and timeline work

We don't quote off a rate card. Kiosk cost depends on format, materials, equipment and finish level, so we lock those against a bill of quantities before a number goes to you. Typical delivery runs 8 to 25 days from a confirmed BOQ, and we hold that date the same way we held ours at three Indian airports.

Who we build for

Retail and F&B brands opening kiosks in malls and high streets. Franchise operators who need one spec replicated identically across several cities. Fit-out contractors and concessionaires who want a manufacturing partner behind them instead of a local workshop with an uncertain queue.

What a kiosk costs, by format

A kiosk from Kaizeng typically costs between 3.5 lakh and 11 lakh rupees, depending on the format, the materials and the site, which works out to roughly 3,000 to 15,000 rupees per square foot. Every unit is quoted against a clear bill of quantities, so there are no surprise line items.

How much does a kiosk cost in India?

A kiosk from Kaizeng usually costs ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 per sq ft. Where you land inside that range depends on the material, the use case, how hard the unit gets used daily, and the site itself. We quote the best-quality option first, then show you where the number moves up or down so you decide with everything in front of you. No hidden line items.

Do you manufacture kiosks, or only design them?

We build. Kaizeng designs, fabricates, and installs in-house at our own manufacturing unit in Naigaon, Mumbai, with a partner factory in Jaipur for larger rollouts. Most vendors hand you a design file and leave you to find a fabricator. We stay the single owner of the job, from the first drawing to the installed kiosk.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver and install across India, in every major city. Two production units, Mumbai and Jaipur, let us cover the country without shipping everything from one corner of it. Our own team installs on site wherever your store opens.

How long does it take to build and install a kiosk?

Most kiosks are ready 7 to 10 days after you approve the design and specs. Need it sooner? We've delivered in 5 days. We did exactly that for Uber at Navi Mumbai airport. It only runs past 15 days when a specific material isn't readily available, which is why we push to lock procurement early and save about two days of turnaround. Approval means a signed LOI and a 30% advance.

Is there a minimum order? Can I get just one kiosk?

No minimum. We'll build a single kiosk for one outlet, and we can produce up to 25 rollouts a month when you're scaling. One store or a national rollout, the quality and the process stay the same.

Do you handle installation, or just deliver the kiosk?

We install, with our own team, start to finish. You don't line up a separate contractor or chase a local carpenter. We deliver the kiosk, install it, and hand over a unit that works.

What materials do you use?

We work with a full range, from budget options to premium finishes, matched to your use case, your location, and how long the unit needs to last. Our habit is to quote the best-quality material for the job first, then give you clear alternatives at other price points. The trade-offs stay visible, and the call is yours.

Can you build kiosks that meet mall and airport compliance?

Yes. We build to the fire, electrical, and documentation standards that mall and airport authorities sign off, including units cleared for use inside international airports. We ran the live-airport programme for Uber across Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. Airport and mall compliance is normal work for us, not a first attempt.

Do your kiosks come with a warranty?

Yes. It runs from 6 months to 2 years depending on the kiosk type, the material, and what we agree together. Whatever we commit to goes in writing before you pay.

What are your payment terms?

We start on a 30 to 50% advance. Design work is billed fully in advance, and the balance is due on delivery. You can hold back up to 5% as security for 30 days, released once handover is done and you're satisfied. We take bank transfer, international transfer, and credit card (card adds 4%).

Start a kiosk order

Tell us the format, the city and the volume. We'll come back with a design direction, a bill of quantities and a build timeline against it, backed by two factories and the same team that delivered the Uber airport programme.
