What does a turnkey F and B build include?
A cafe fit-out has close to a dozen trades that must land in the right order. We run all of them.

Why does turnkey beat the coordinator model?
Many project-management firms in this category build nothing. They hire a designer, a civil contractor and a kitchen fabricator, and manage the group chat, so their margin comes from coordination, not construction. When something goes wrong on site, the first hour is spent working out whose scope it is. We do the civil work, the joinery and the finishing in-house, so a decision that would wait on three vendors gets made on our floor in an afternoon. Owning both halves of the job is how we hold a date.

How long does a turnkey cafe build take?
Once the design is frozen and the BOQ is signed, 8 to 25 days on site for most cafe and QSR formats. Full-service restaurants with larger kitchens run longer, and we give you the real number early.
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. One team carries the job from brief through civil, MEP, kitchen fit-out, branding and handover, so there is a single accountable owner throughout.
Do you build cloud kitchens too?
Yes. A cloud kitchen strips out front of house, so the build is mostly kitchen, exhaust and delivery flow. The same in-house model applies: one team, one BOQ, one schedule.
Which cities do you build in?
We are based in Mumbai and build pan-India, in Pune, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata and beyond, following the same in-house model wherever the site is.
What drives the cost of a build?
Mostly kitchen equipment, HVAC load and the front-of-house finish level. We quote against a line-item BOQ so you can see what is driving the number before we start, not halfway through.
