What does the process look like from first call to handover?
Six stages: site assessment, scope and BOQ freeze, off-site fabrication and procurement, on-site execution, branding and wayfinding, then testing, snag closure and handover. One team owns all of it.
What do you need from me to start?
Your site details, a rough brief and a target opening date. We survey the site, confirm feasibility, and come back with a layout and a bill of quantities to freeze before anything is built.
Do you fabricate off-site or on-site?
Off-site, at our own 6000+ sq ft unit in Naigaon, Mumbai, then we install on site. Building the unit off-site keeps quality controlled and shortens the disruption at your location.
How long does a project take?
A kiosk is usually ready 7 to 10 days after design and specs are approved. A full fit-out depends on civil and MEP scope, and we give you a dated schedule before we start.
Do you handle approvals and compliance?
We route the statutory approvals and build to the fire, electrical and documentation standards that mall and airport authorities sign off. We don't claim official affiliation with any authority.
Do you handle installation, or just deliver?
We install, with our own team, start to finish. You don't line up a separate contractor or chase a carpenter. We hand over a finished, working space.
What are your payment terms?
We start on a 30 to 50% advance, with design billed fully in advance and the balance due on delivery. You can hold back up to 5% as security for 30 days, released after a satisfactory handover.
Do you work outside Mumbai?
Yes. We deliver and install across India, and we export to the Gulf. Our own team travels to set the build up on site.
