How long does a fit-out take?
Most cafe, QSR and retail fit-outs run about 8 to 25 days on site once the design is frozen and the BOQ is signed, depending on how much civil work the shell needs. We give you that date early and tie it to the signed scope, so it does not stretch every time a decision gets delayed. The discipline comes from our airport work for Uber, where a missed install window is not forgiven.

In our own 6000+ sq ft unit in Naigaon, Mumbai. Counters, cabinetry and custom furniture are made in-house, not subcontracted, so the finish and the timeline are ours to stand behind.
