Mumbai's retail map is being redrawn. The Navi Mumbai International Airport is now operational, NAINA master-planning is being finalised, and the BKC 2.0 (Kurla-Wadala) extension and Kharghar are pulling brand demand outward. Yes. We design and install to mall and airport execution requirements, covering electrical, storage, signage and the night installation windows malls insist on. We ran Uber's airport programme across Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata. We don't claim official affiliation with any mall or airport authority.
A kiosk usually runs ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 per sq ft, depending on the material, the use case and daily wear. Fit-outs are quoted against a clear bill of quantities once we understand scope, so there are no surprise line items. Message us on WhatsApp for a fast ballpark.
Most kiosks are ready 7 to 10 days after you approve the design and specs. We've turned one around in 5 days when it was urgent. Timelines only stretch past 15 days when a specific material isn't readily available, so we lock procurement early. Approval means a signed LOI and a 30% advance.
We install, with our own team, start to finish. You don't line up a separate contractor or chase a carpenter. We deliver, install, and hand over a finished unit that works.
Yes. There's no minimum. We'll build a single unit for one outlet, and we can produce up to 25 rollouts a month when you're scaling across the city or the country.
Yes. It runs from 6 months to 2 years depending on the kiosk type, the material, and what we agree. Whatever we commit to goes in writing before you pay.
We start on a 30 to 50% advance, with design billed fully in advance and the balance due on delivery. You can hold back up to 5% as security for 30 days, released after a satisfactory handover. We take bank transfer, international transfer, and credit card (card adds 4%).
