Kaizeng builds kiosks and turnkey food and beverage outlets in Kolkata, proven by our Uber kiosk and pickup-zone work at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU). Built in our Powai unit, delivered in 8 to 25 days.
The CCU project ran inside a live, operating terminal, which meant a fixed install slot, documented materials and a handover pack the airport authority had to approve before the unit could open. Most of the fabrication happened in Powai, so the unit arrived close to finished and stood up fast in a security-controlled zone.
Two lines of work reach Kolkata from the Powai facility. Kiosk manufacturing covers mall kiosks, retail counters and QSR formats, fabricated to spec and shipped ready to install. F&B outlet building covers cafes, restaurants, cloud kitchens and bars, where we take on civil work, electricals, plumbing, exhaust and the kitchen fit as one contract.
Fabricating in Powai keeps quality consistent with every other project we run and keeps cost close to our Mumbai base. Our team travels for the site survey, install and handover, and stays reachable through the build the same way we do on home-market jobs.

A kiosk usually runs ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 per sq ft, depending on the material, the use case and daily wear. Every unit is quoted against a clear bill of quantities, so there are no surprise line items. Message us on WhatsApp for a fast ballpark.
Most kiosks are ready 7 to 10 days after you approve the design and specs, plus a couple of days to ship the unit to Kolkata. We've turned one around in 5 days when it was urgent. Approval means a signed LOI and a 30% advance.
We install, with our own team. Our crew travels to Kolkata to set the unit up on site, so you're not left coordinating a local contractor.
Yes. It runs from 6 months to 2 years depending on the kiosk type, the material, and what we agree. Whatever we commit to goes in writing before you pay.
We start on a 30 to 50% advance, with design billed fully in advance and the balance due on delivery. You can hold back up to 5% as security for 30 days, released after a satisfactory handover. We take bank transfer, international transfer, and credit card (card adds 4%).
