Hiranandani Gardens carries the bulk of the footfall, with Central Avenue and Galleria pulling a mix of IIT Powai students, corporate park employees from the offices around Powai Lake, and residents who never leave the neighbourhood for a coffee. It's a market built on repeat customers rather than one-off tourists, which changes what a cafe interior needs to do. A space here has to hold up to daily use and still feel worth walking past the next five options to reach.
Most of what slows a cafe fit-out down isn't the build itself. It's the gaps: waiting two days for a designer to revisit the site, waiting on a fabricator across town to swap a finish sample, waiting on someone to come fix a snag after opening. Every cafe we quote goes against a bill of quantities before we cut anything, so the number you see at the start is the number you pay, not a range that grows once work begins.
