Penguin Bean Coffee at Pali Naka started as an aged bare shell with no electrical or water connections. The footprint was tight enough that standard fabrication methods didn't fit, and the main signage had to go up at roughly 20 feet on a busy street. We built the whole thing, infrastructure, interiors and signage, in 18 days.
That project is the template we bring to Andheri: build the utilities first if the site needs it, sequence civil work, finishes and furniture so nothing waits on anything else, and treat signage and facade as part of the interior job, not an afterthought handled by a separate vendor.
