A standard kiosk typically moves from frozen design to installed unit in 8 to 25 days, depending on complexity and what the site allows for install access. Because production stays inside our own facility, we're not waiting on a separate workshop's queue, and because our installers travel to your site, we're not dependent on a local team we've never worked with before. One team sequences design, fabrication and delivery against a single date, whether that unit is going to a site five kilometres from Naigaon or one 1,300 kilometres away in Chennai.
A kiosk shipped from Mumbai to Chennai has to hold up in a hotter, more humid coastal climate than the one it was fabricated in. We spec materials with that in mind: corrosion-resistant hardware, laminates and finishes rated for higher humidity, and electrical fittings suited to longer AC run times than a unit built for a drier city might need. This gets decided at the drawing stage, before fabrication, so it doesn't show up as a maintenance problem six months after your kiosk opens.
