A service-counter kiosk built for telecom workflows, seated KYC points, document handling, secure device storage and queue-friendly counter geometry.
Get a Custom QuoteA telecom kiosk isn't a display, it's a workstation. SIM activation, KYC verification, plan changes and device handovers are seated, document-heavy transactions, and a kiosk designed as a retail counter forces staff and customers into a workflow the furniture fights.
The Kaizeng telecom kiosk is engineered around the service transaction: where the customer sits, where the document rests, where the biometric device plugs in, and where the queue forms without blocking the corridor.
Two or three seated service points run along the primary counter, each with a customer stool, document surface and cable-managed device point. The operator's brand fascia and plan-display panels rise behind the counter at sightline height, doing the advertising while staff do the paperwork.
Counter geometry angles service points away from the walkway so a three-deep queue stacks along the unit, not across the corridor.
Frame in powder-coated MS; counters in HPL-faced HDHMR with SS edge trims at high-wear document zones; fascia panels in ACP or laminate with backlit acrylic operator branding built to brand-guideline colour accuracy. A lockable steel cabinet integrated below the counter secures device stock and SIM inventory.
Every service point carries concealed cable routing, no wire clutter on the transaction surface.
Each service point is provisioned with power and data conduit for POS terminals, biometric KYC devices and charging; the whole unit runs from a single mains point through an MCB-protected mini-DB. LED illumination covers both fascia branding and counter task light.
Fire-retardant material grades and IS-compliant wiring are standard for mall and transit submissions.
The build adapts to any operator's brand system, fascia geometry, colour-accurate laminates and backlit signage are configured per brand guideline. Options include an accessories display wing for cases and chargers, a device demo bar, dual-brand franchise layouts, and shutter closure for unstaffed hours.
Franchise rollouts run on a locked master design, re-produced per site at declining cost.

Each seated service point is a revenue lane, the format's throughput scales with counter design, not floor area.
The secure integrated storage removes the daily stock-carry burden that plagues cart-based telecom retail.
