Aluminium Modular Kiosk

Wood-based kiosks are built once and moved never, every relocation costs finish, joints and time. The aluminium modular kiosk is the opposite philosophy: an engineered profile system that packs flat, ships light, and assembles repeatedly without degradation.

It is the format Kaizeng recommends for brands running exhibitions, seasonal mall activations, or multi-city programmes where the same identity must appear in many places without being rebuilt in each one.

The system builds from anodised aluminium extrusions on a 2 ft module grid, counters, gondolas, back walls, light towers and storage pods all lock into the same frame logic. A typical 10 ft × 6 ft configuration gives a front counter, rear display wall and lockable under-storage.

Because geometry is modular, the same kit reconfigures: island in one venue, wall-backed inline in the next.

Structural extrusions in 6063-T5 anodised aluminium with cam-lock and bolt connectors; infill panels in pre-laminated HDHMR or ACP; counters topped in HPL or solid surface. Total system weight is roughly a third of an equivalent MS-and-plywood build.

Connectors are steel-reinforced at load points, and panels are edge-protected for repeated packing, the details that decide whether assembly ten looks like assembly one.

A plug-and-play wiring loom runs inside the profile channels: pre-terminated LED lighting, socket points and a single external connection. No site electrician is required for standard configurations.

All panels use fire-retardant grades and the system carries the documentation mall and exhibition venues ask for at move-in.

Brand skins mount as magnetic or slide-in graphic panels, replaceable per campaign without touching the structure, one kit can serve multiple product launches. Options include backlit fabric-frame headers, digital screen mounts, lockable vitrines and a counter-height variant for service formats.

Kits pack into labelled road cases engineered to container dimensions for export shipments.

The economics invert the usual kiosk math: a higher first cost, then near-zero cost per appearance. A brand doing eight activations a year stops paying for eight builds and eight scrap-outs, it pays for one kit and eight assemblies.

Freight drops with the weight, storage shrinks to a flat stack, and the finish your customer sees in city one is the finish they see in city twelve.

How many times can the kit be assembled and knocked down?

The profile system is rated for repeated cycles, 50+ assemblies is normal with basic care. Wear parts like connectors and edge trims are stocked and replaceable.

Can non-technical staff assemble it?

Yes. Each kit ships with a numbered assembly manual; two people with hand tools assemble a standard configuration in 4 to 6 hours. We also offer supervised first assembly.

Is it suitable as a permanent kiosk?

Structurally yes, several clients run modular kits as permanent units precisely so they can relocate later without rebuilding.
