What this service includes
When a ready kiosk will not fit your brand, product or site, we design one that does. Kaizeng takes a custom kiosk from concept to installation. We start with how you sell, what you display and the space you have, develop the technical drawings, build the kiosk in our own unit in Naigaon, Mumbai, and install it on site. The team that draws your kiosk is the team that builds it. We have delivered custom kiosks for Uber at five airports: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Chandigarh.
How does a custom kiosk get built?

Going into an airport or a mall?
Airports and large malls ask for fire safety, structural, electrical and brand documentation before a kiosk can go live. We prepare that package alongside the build, so approval and manufacturing move together. The manufacturing timeline of 8 to 25 days then runs in parallel with approval, so paperwork is not the bottleneck.

Yes. We can work from your concept, drawings or brand guidelines, or develop the design with you from scratch.
Do you handle venue approval paperwork, or just the kiosk?
Both. For airports and malls we prepare structural, electrical, fire safety and brand documentation alongside manufacturing.

We built and installed Uber’s kiosk and pickup-zone units at five airports, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Chandigarh, each with its own authority’s requirements.
